Copper is an essential micronutrient for healthy growth of crops and fruits. Copper deficiencies can occur on a range of soil types including peaty soils, chalky soils, heathland and sandy soils. Copper deficiency is often associated with manganese deficient soils.
Symptoms of mild copper deficiency are often hidden but severe symptoms include stunting, chlorosis, twisted leaves and for cereals underdeveloped grain sites in the ear.
Our Fielder Copper products have been formulated for use on soils that are deficient in copper, to help maximise yields.

Copper C
Copper C is a 6% complexed liquid formulation of copper sulphate. It is purposely formulated with its own wetters and stickers for speedy uptake. This helps to correct any copper deficiency. In addition, it can supplement copper uptake for maximum quality and yield.
Copper C is readily miscible with fungicides and growth regulators for application to many crops including cereals, rape, potatoes, veg, top and soft fruit, horticultural crops and grass.
It is available in 10L, 210L and 1,000L sizes.
Copper 25

Copper 25 (Cu 25%) is used for both horticulture crops, as well as for turf and amenity grasses.
Copper 25 is a suspension formulation of Copper in the carbonate form. With a 25% Copper inclusion it is more concentrated than Copper C and more readily miscible with herbicides. However, this formulation is less available for the plant to achieve a speedy response and so best applied as a preventative rather than a curative approach.
Fielder’s Copper 25 is applied as a liquid and is available from us in 5L cans.
